“Our engagements as a young people must be incorporated into the ideas and plans for a country to ensure that the largest population in this country can grow economically and morally,” Begiira said.

The Aspirant was on his tour to the District, trying to seek the mandate of the youth leaders as their next representative in Parliament.

The Kalangala District Youth Chairperson, Kiboneka Jonathan Kalanda, highlighted to the young people that the time is now to find leaders who clearly understand the desires of this generation and can solve such challenges.

Henry Lubulwa, from the Office of the President in Kalangala, thanked Begiira for further creating meaningful and honest engagements with the young people, “trying to understand what they do and how to be better.”

The young people, with all worries placed on the former Youth MP office bearers remained convinced that Begiira’s quest for mandate came with knowledge and were satisfied that he would be the ideal candidate to take on the mandate.

The youth leaders also endorsed Begiira to become their next Central Youth MP come the next elections.
