All NRM District Chairpersons in Uganda have endorsed Mr Sadrack Nzaire Nowomugisha to take on the position of the NRM Vice Chairperson for the Western region.
The NRM Vice Chairpersons for the different regions in the country are direct representatives of the NRM people from the regions on the Central Executive Committee of the party.
Nzaire, known for his Pan African principles, thorough engagements that have transformed not only Kiruhura, his home District, but also the Western region at large is competing with a number of NRM leaders within the Western region.
The endorsement by the different NRM District chairpersons which has taken place at Fairway Hotel in Kampala further boosts Nzaire to take over a seat.
The candidate (Nzaire) has also been leading polls as the next leader of the people in Western Uganda on the Central Executive Committee.
“We all agreed that he is the right candidate for the job and shall mobilize all our people to vote him in the forth coming NRM Delegates Conference,” one of the District Chairpersons from the Central region told this website.
It is the first time Nzaire is competing for the Central Executive Committee position in the NRM party. However, he has previously served as the NRM Chairperson for Kiruhura District.
