Kyagulanyi must have been left angered after his Kalangala rally at Buligo playground flopped.
Kyagulanyi entered Kalangala with the 12.00 o’clock ferry.
He was supposed to hold a rally at Bukasa Island and later hold another at Buligo – Bugala island.
However, Kyagulanyi boarded a 2.00 o’clock boat to Bukasa Island, where he will hold his first rally.
He is still on his way to Bukasa Island.
His Buligo rally remained unattended by Islanders who remained in Kalangala Town attending to their businesses.
Kyagulanyi was escorted by the Uganda Police and its sister security agencies.
The Kyagulanyi team is now blaming Kalangala District Woman MP Helen Nakimuli for poor mobilization and fighting other candidates to engage in the tedious work of welcoming the NUP leader.
