Dear Chairperson and Esteemed Delegates of the Mighty Democratic Party.
I greet you all in the spirit of unity, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the will of the people. For some time, I have remained silent–not out of fear, but out of respect for strategy and timing.
Today, I write to you not just as Hon. Sebamala, but as a fellow comrade determined to restore the true soul of our beloved party.
The events that unfolded, where the deep state used Hon. Mao to hijack the will of the people, did not go unnoticed. Many of you were left in the dark, disappointed, and wondering what next. I feel your frustration.
I share in your pain. But I also carry with me hope, and more importantly–a plan.
Let me now assure you: the silence is over.Very soon, I will break the news of Plan B–a decisive, people-driven move aimed at restoring the Democratic Party to its rightful owners: you, the delegates, and the people of Uganda.
Plan B is about reclaiming our voice, our vision, and our victory.I call upon all delegates to stay alert, stay united, and stay ready.
This is our moment to stand tall and take back what is ours. For the Party. For the People. For the Future.
Yours in the struggle,
Hon. Richard SebamalaMP Bukoto CentralDemocratic Party – True to the Cause
